RETURNS

Returns and changes are accepted for orders only within Greece.

We serve the following procedures:

​1) Product change.

2) Return of product and money only due to a defect (for which the customer has not been informed in advance)

Change process

  • Send us an informative email at ratsvintage@gmail.com or by phone at 6984709293

  • The changes are accepted within 10 days from the day of receipt of the parcel.

  • The cost is 5 euros for shipping costs.

  • Prepare the parcel, put the purchase receipt in it together with the product you want to return, enclose the money in the envelope, place the envelope inside the package, close the parcel and send it exclusively with speedex courier with recipient charge to the following details !

Product return

  • Send us an informative email at ratsvintage@gmail.com by attaching photographic material with the defect.

  • Changes are accepted within 10 days from the date of receipt of the parcel and if the defect was not displayed / reported in the information of the specific product.

  • If there is nothing else you want to change and want a refund, then fill in the required bank details !

  • You prepare the parcel, put the purchase receipt inside together with the product you want to return, close the parcel and send it exclusively by speedex courier with a recipient charge to the following details !

If a piece has any major defect, it will be displayed.
